Booster installation and use

1. Connect the connecting pipe thread head with the raw material belt and the booster air inlet, and connect the quick-change joint to the air inlet pipe.
2 Remove the small cylinder operated by the handle on the original vertical jack. (To prevent the hydraulic oil leaking from the jack, please raise the jack to the highest position first). Insert a copper pad into the screw hole, install the connecting bolt on the booster at the small cylinder to be removed, and tighten the connecting bolt.
3 Turn on the air pump and air intake switch and hear the beep. . . The sound indicates that the booster has entered the working state, and the jack return valve is tightened in the counterclockwise direction. The jack piston is raised, the jacking work is completed, the intake switch is closed, and the oil return valve is slowly and counterclockwise. The jack piston is dropped and can be used normally after use.
4. The jacking speed can be realized by adjusting the intake air volume of the intake switch.
Precautions for use
1 When using, you must first connect the booster connecting pipe and then turn on the air supply.
2. When the booster stops working, first turn off the air source, prevent the booster air pressure, and then pull off the connecting pipe. 3. To ensure the Ruihua in the cylinder, periodically add a small amount of pneumatic tools from the air inlet according to the number of uses.
4. The gas source should be equipped with a water separator to prevent water and dust from entering the cylinder.
